This Plugin for WordPress allows you to fill your expense very easily. Send to the accountant directly in * .csv. Export in .odt files with photos for archives.

Installing

In your backadmin, go to "Plugins" panel
Install the plugin frais-pro
Activate plugins

How to use

Active the plugin
Follow the informations
Update your personal information (car, price per kilometer...)
Create your expense report
Send the photo of your expense
Update the amont of the expense
Export or print the expense report

Classement des lignes de notes de frais

Quand on ferme et rouvre une note, le classement des tickets change.Il faudrait les classer par numéros de pièces.

Anomalie lorsque l'on souhaite ajouter une note de frais, aucune action après le clique

Erreur de génération du PDF

Bonjour,

Sur une nouvelle installation (sous Debian) de Dolibarr 18.0.5 et PHP 7.4.33 j’ai un soucis de génération du PDF.

J’ai modifié les droits sur /var/lib/dolibarr/documents et /usr/share/dolibarr/htdocs/custom/dolifraispro mais cela ne change rien.

L'accès au module affiche également une erreur.

Longueur maximum de la référence des notes de frais

Charte de nommage des notes de frais :

35 caractères maximuns afin de passer pour les références des virements bancaires.
Mettre en place les caractères autorisés

Afin de simplifier de pouvoir conserver : "nom de la ndf" = "référence virement"
