Limited step size precision to 6 digits

juliacode <- sprintf("ascii_GGMC(; beta = %ff0, l = %ff0, sadapter = %s, madapter = %s, steps = %i)",

Due to the use of %ff0, the precision of step sizes defined in R is limited to 6 digits - this is the default number of digits according to the documentation of sprintf. The number of digits should be a user defined setting though and should certainly be higher than six.

Currently, if the user sets a step size <1e-6, then sprintf will replace the value with zero, which causes NaNs in estimation methods.

The only fix currently to this without having to resubmit to CRAN is to use a starting step size of at least 1e-6.
