Most challenges of the current milestone (#5) are simple text/key challenges, but some need code to work:

• I'm So Special?. The express-server needs to read the remote ip address and compare it to the client (beware of reverse-proxies)

• One Minute Man. We need a separate route on the server that outputs the answer only one minute a day. We can't put the answer in plaintext into this repo - so the server would probably generate an unique answer per user??

• Don't Blink. We need a separate server route, too.

@eulerscheZahl Hey, I've added you as a collaborator, so you can work directly in this repo. I have merged your last PR into the branch all-assets.

I would like to keep PRs small, so would you mind to create a new branch in this repo and only add the challenges and the hashes for Didactic Scrambled Egg Cipher Pre-Warmup and Warmup? Then I can merge this into master.

(and possibly keeping trailing whitespace 😄)
