Overview:
The notices in the website are uploaded manually. So, it's natural that a person won't update the website during non-working hours. Hence, the script does not needs to run during those hours.
Aim:
To find out non-working hours by analyzing the data which we already have and optimize the ExtractionScript
This is a feature which would be used to send notifications relevantly.
It's like when a person of 1st year need not be required to get the TnP notifications. Or a Hostel allotment notices should only be sent to that particular user group.
Probable Reason : Error in time calculation
The extraction script is breaking sometimes due to TIMEOUT error
