Not sure what happened, can you please try to install and import proxy-polyfill explicitly.

I have just released version 2.0.1, which will not import its local copy of proxy-polyfill any more, so you must import proxy-polyfill explicitly.
The issue you are facing is caused by proxy-polyfill, which is already reported here. You can temporarily patch it like this.

After switching from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1 My webpack with Uglify plugin is throwing an error Unexpected token: name (lastRevokeFn). Seems to be related to this. My TypeScript target is ES5. Any ideas on a workaround?
