Service counter

Some sort of counter that keep tracks of usage statistics would be nice.

Default time window for token validity is fixed

Make the TOTPVerificationServlet range value an actual input users can define. Update documentation with default value and how to override it, and what each number (1,2,3 etc) actually really means.

QR Code SSL issue

QR code is generated via Google Charts API. However, the charts API does not support ssl properly. their certificate is for google.com but the charts service is served out of a subdomain. Therefore, cannot get the same image securely/easily by requesting it via https.

Quick ideas that come to mind, use zxings library and implement own image generator, find another image generator, proxy the requests via this app.

Improve the HTML

The html and JavaScript of the page can use lots of improving.
