CircleCI Server Orbs

Internal CircleCI Orbs for Rocket Mortgage Technology.

Instructions

In order to create an orb, or public versions, set CIRCLECI_CLI_TOKEN to a CircleCI API token.

Creating a new Orb:

circleci orb create quickenloans/<orb_name_here>
circleci orb unlist quickenloans/<orb_name_here> true

Publishing a new version:

circleci config pack $orb_dir > $orb_dir/orb.yml

circleci orb validate $orb_dir/orb.yml

# Dev version (mutable, can be overwritten)
circleci orb publish $orb_dir/orb.yml $namespace/$orb@dev:alpha

# Permanent version (cannot be changed)
circleci orb publish $orb_dir/orb.yml $namespace/[email protected]
