I am thrilled with the interesting tool you have developed. I would like to use it as I find it quite useful. However, I am facing an issue where certain files in the repository cannot be found:

"FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'Pretrained_model/resistance_gene/Core_DataBase/CoreEmbedding.txt'"

I would be very grateful if you could help me resolve this issue, as I am confident that your development can represent a significant advancement in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology.
