Duplicate search results

There are an excessive number of duplicate search results appearing in the API docs search tool for some versions such as https://api.emberjs.com/ember/3.22.

This is most likely a result of a bug discovered in this repository that caused an over-indexing to occur. We fixed the bug in this PR, but we did not deal with the duplicate objects created by the bug.

Properties are not indexed, so you can't search for things like `isDestroyed`

Something is incomplete in the API docs search. I was not able to search for isDestroyed but It's a property of Ember.Object. I will open an issue but if anyone has insights, lmk.

Looks like properties might not be showing up in general. I think it just isn't indexed. We currently index classes, methods, and modules, which is what you can search on currently.

Create new indices every time the script is ran

The script currently assumes that the indices are empty before starting to push data. This causes duplicate results during search, and unnecessary confusion.
