The sous library crate currently only supports the exact workflow of "read YAML recipe(s) and convert to Markdown." This should be rounded out to support other use cases.

Green check marks are cool and all, but not terribly useful if there aren't actually any tests to run.

The current Cookbook struct should be reworked as a trait, with a generic API for interacting with collections of recipes, and the existing directory format migrated to a struct implementing the trait.
