Problems with new sprites

Hello, recently the DRO updated the way your sprites are made, although they still use the .SPR file template, the new sprites do not work with the program having an error, I would like help to solve this problem, I spoke to the original creator of the program, but he told me that he would not have time to solve it, would need a HexEditor to find out everything that was modified in the new sprites, in addition, he sent me a file that would help in updating the program, I would like to ask for help that the program is updated and supports the new sprites.
