Should add requirements in a fluid way to the current module project.

Add command should allow you to add a new module to an existing module project.

should remove a module from a multiple module project

Installer utility needs to be able to handle installation, uninstalling, updates, and versioning of modules and their requirements.

should uninstall the given module and any modules that are no longer required and were not directly installed.

Import command should handle importing the module and all of it's requirements into the current project, AND asking any questions that might need answering in order to do so.
