`get_private_member_counts()` sometimes returns unexpected zero results
e.g. active_members=0; expired_members=0 ...
instead of expected e.g.: active_members=172; expired_members=34 ...

selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: Chrome failed to start: crashed.
(unknown error: DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist)
(The process started from chrome location /usr/bin/chromium is no longer running, so ChromeDriver is assuming that Chrome has crashed.)
Scrape public 'active' and 'expired' member counts - use something simpler and faster than Selenium
`get_private_member_counts()`: raise exception if active members=0
Attempt to speed up Playwright operations
Currently the code takes about 10s, including waiting for a fixed 5s between page loads. Should be possible to test if content is ready quicker. Should probably also be a reasonable timeout and a timer for performance tracking.
Chromedriver crashes on PythonAnywhere platform
Need to add --no-sandbox Chromedriver option, required for PythonAnywhere
