Add a panel like 11.0.1.2 naming panel

right now it only works for ALS 11.0.1.2 data, but bluesky integration or at least bluesky suitcase integration would be fantastic. Browsing by scans is powerful.

I have recently added bluesky suitcase integration with switch Q range, but it would be useful to add default filters as well. i.e. clicking on SAXS mode changes the filters for file names displayed.

Occasionally when converting a bunch of data, there appears to be some buffering of Q mapping look up tables which gets corrupted, so the wrong q mapping is applied to one or several energies. This can be fixed by running the housekeeping method through the 2DSAS menu, but can lead to incorrect results if it is not discovered and corrected.

There needs to be easy rejection of bad dark images, automatic loading based on what detector (SAXS/WAXS) and closeness in time.

The current implementation resets the input energy to NaN while trying to convert positional scans, which happen to lack the appropriately labeled metadata for Xray energy. If possible, please modify either the code or the metadata to include energy as if a positional scan is an energy scan. The energy is in the position scan metadata but labeled differently, so this may be a side effect of a solution to other problems?
