Looks like the .nds is still under source control, guess I missed that one with 
not being able to link.

Another patch attached which loads the keyboard palette, gets rid of the need 
for registers_alt.h and adds the necessary rules to create the keyboard object 
files. Really that should be done with grit but this'll do for now.

I deleted these files locally

Various path settings are dependent on a windows host, using env variables for 
DEVKITPRO/DEVKITARM fixes this.

ndstool has been able to use elf files directly for some time which removes the 
need to flatten to binary.

makefile patch attached.

The include path really, really shouldn't have include/nds in it. I haven't 
looked to see where the include files are being used without the <nds/...> 
prefix so I've left that alone for now.
