When running the manage.py bunch of things just fail. Even though I had pip install Manager, my pycharm just yells and whenenver I try to run this this is the trace error message:

File "/var/www/html/autopartex.fk2/manage.py", line 5, in
manager = Manager(app)
NameError: name 'Manager' is not defined

Process finished with exit code 1

Are you guys planning on updating this, you have noobs trying to learn from your course and seems things are outdated. I'm reading that Manager is deprecated and CLI is what's new. Can someone please confirm this answer in a timely manner?
