This would facilitate installation, deployment and maintenance for adminstrators/users
of the software.

This issue happened recencently for the first only time so far but is concerning.
The application was crashed already but the charger continued charging with more than 2kW.
This should not be possible for multiple reasons.

1. In the config file is a max charger power limit of 1500W defined, the software should not instruct high power at any time
2. When the software closes/crashes the PSU should enter offline mode after 1 min (offline mode should set output power to 0W!)

This issue happened at least 5 times since FSM was introduced (not before).

At the moment the cmake config only allows native builds (host=target system). Since the most common target is a raspberry pi
OS running on ARM architecture, it would be very handy to add the option for cross compilation (e.g. host=x86, target=aarch64).
This way, releases including executable binary + config file for arm systems could be created on the developer machine.

The Shelly Plus Plug S has a rated AC power limit of around 2.5kW, when you draw more it turns off as a safety feature.
It happend at least 6 times in total (before and after FSM introduction) even though the PSU never really goes as high as 2.5kW (not even close).
I guess the overload detection is unfortunetly very sensible to short high power spikes (maybe when going from idle directly >1kW charging power) and doesn't use a smart time hysteresis.
