The service from Citrix is no longer pointing to this product. Instead, there is a similar tool called LogMeIn which owns a product called GoToWebinar : https://www.gotomeeting.com/de-de/webinar

GoToWebinar was bought by the https://www.gotomeeting.com/. All the API calls must be changed and the component must probably go through the complete re-development phase. Otherwise, is it stands, nobody can use the component.

Particularly the component makes calls to api.citrixonline.com which is unavailable. More information is here: https://goto-developer.logmeininc.com/ and here: https://goto-developer.logmeininc.com/gotowebinar-api-v2-overview
