Performed a semester long study that aimed to detect if a user is busy via the Android accelerometer and Android GPS. This study resulted in an application that detected movements and speed of an Android user, which successfully detected if that user was able to be contacted. Such research and resulting application can be used further to prevent texting and driving and better inform user's if their friends or family can be contacted.
