The readme does not currently give any information about installation or usage of the program.
Improve experience of executing program
The current interface is based on running the main file urlalarm.py by calling python urlalarm.py [ARGS]; this could be made less cumbersome if the file is made executable directly using a shebang line, or by importing this file into a larger python project.
