Automatically creates torrent files for the latest Clear Linux iso.

This python script downloads the latest iso from Clear Linux CDN, and automatically creates a .torrent file with the CDN as Webseed.

pip install humanize
pip install tqdm

NB : tqdm is a WIP. Not necessary for V0.1
