Resizing after maximizing -> paintbugs

When resizing a dialog window, you can maximize it.
If you drag on the edges after maximizing, the window will not repaint correctly.

DEL key in non-mutable fields

Edit fields that have been set to not-mutable with the methode "SetMutable(false)" are indeed not edditable, except that information can be erased with the DEL key. There is no method to restore the information.
The DEL key must be stopped here.

Clicking on taskbar icon does not re-maximize

Clicking on the taskbar icon of a program does minimize the program to the taskbar.
Clicking a second time on the icon does NOT maximize/restore the program again.

Handling a MessageBox

It is currently not possible to use the TAB or LEFT/RIGHT keys to select a different button

Minimum window size for resizable windows

When resizing a dialog window, it is possible to resize the window to a size, smaller than defined in the resources.
This will have the effect that fields and buttons and other controls get 'hidden' by each other.
The window is then effectivly not usable.
