Breaks with mongoose-auto-increment

I end up getting "Error: mongoose-auto-increment has not been initialized". Initialization is normally done elsewhere, before the models are used...

Readme out of date

Readme refers to npm module and bin names in plural ("mongoose-visuals", "visuals"), but should be singular.

please add link to github repository to package.json

ENOENT error

I'm getting the following when running visual docs:

$ visual docs

/usr/local/lib/node_modules/mongoose-visual/lib/mongoose-visual.js:81
                    throw error
