The app tells which people are red(positive with the virus), orange(should be in quarantine), yellow(should get tested), green(clear from the virus)

A Dictionary that takes up to 3 arguments from the user and returns an output from the Enum, which serves as a database. Other Data structures used HashMap and ArrayList
