Proper pomodoro-break workflow

Hi, thanks for the work on this. As far as I can see, I can either start a pomodoro or a break, but it does not seem to automatically switch to a break after a pomodoro, and then back to a pomodoro after a break, right? Or am I missing something?

It would be nice if that could happen automatically :)

Are breaks working?

I can't seem to get breaks to work

pom -b start
pom break
pom break start
pom --break start

Nothing seems to trigger them. What am I missing?

pom Plays and Pauses My Spotify Music

pom start plays it and pom stop pauses it. Don't know if this is intentional or not, but thought I would create an issue just in case.

Spotify version 1.0.14.124.g4dfabc51
Node v0.12.0
OS X 10.10.4

Terminal Notifier not works!

I have tried to install and configure Pom but i found these issues:

terminal-notifier not works (maybe is a mandatory external library https://github.com/alloy/terminal-notifier)?
After than Spotify is played, Pom can't stop it.
