To run this code download and uncompress the data, and move to the working directory. https://d396qusza40orc.cloudfront.net/getdata%2Fprojectfiles%2FUCI%20HAR%20Dataset.zip
The code will read the data of any *.txt file under the test and train folders. Then to use it run: source(run_analysis.R) in an R terminal The code will produce an output file called ouput.txt
The packagues needed to run will be installed and load as required.
