Incorrect name attribution

I'm seeing this intermittently:

Exceptions should be thrown instead of logged

Instead of logging socket errors, they should either be handled by Bolt or thrown

Mishandling of socket errors

Looks like the err event is throwing, should just remove socket from pool

I'm opening this issue to ask if you are willing to transfer over npm ownership of this package. A couple of my friends and I are working on a frontend framework and would like to call it bolt. Do you think you are willing to transfer it over?
