I'm re-packaging my code to get the bioclim variables at coordinates as a package -- @mkborregaard (and also @richardreeve and @kescobo), do you prefer BioClim or WorldClim as a package name? I feel like BioClim is close to the SDM model of the same name, but this should be a SDM.jl package if we eventually go there.

To avoid saturating the git history with notebooks, what about the following workflow?

1. documents written as Jmd
2. compiled with Weave to a md file + images
3. exported as a notebook that can be downloaded, but is not pre-executed

Would it be a good idea to update index.html?

There are currently 46 packages in EcoJulia and only 10 in ecojulia.org

If needed, I might submit a pull request

Do we want to submit something for Juliacon? It's not far from Montreal so I'll go, and I think it's worth being present.

I have added a few (two) papers using the packages to the README, let's keep track of more?

@mkborregaard what do you think of turning EcoJulia in a registry for 1.0?
