Python ile geliştirilmiştir. Arayüz QtDesigner ile geliştirilmiştir. Sqlite3 veritabanı teknolojisi kullanılmıştır.

Kazananların Listesi belirtildiği gibi kontenjan dağılım oranları göz önünde bulundurularak yapılmıştır. Bu sistemde TOKİ'nin ev çekiliş sistemine paralel olarak şehit yakını, emeklilik durumu ve engel durumu göz önünde bulundurulmuş aynı zamanda bu şartları sağlayan vatandaşlarımız için ek kontenjan açılmıştır.
