Python 3+ is a prerequisite.
The other requirements are listed in requirements.txt, the primary one being Jupyter.
You can install and run everything as follows:
# Clone the repo
git clone [email protected]:EBIvariation/eva-training.git
# Install the requirements in a virtual environment
cd eva-training
python -m venv venv
source ./venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
# Run the notebook server
cd notebooks
