mod_watch for Apache 2.2x

DESCRIPTION:

mod_watch is a virtual host monitoring module for Apache 2.2. This is an historic snapshot of release version 4.2 for Apache 2.2, taken before the original author Anthony Howe removed access to the source code from his website.
