dgt-tag-split-action's Introduction

Usage

This action is meant for splitting a specifically formatted tag into its parts.
For example: "client_v0.0.3"
The action will return 2 variables: "tag" will be set to "client" and "versionnr" will be set to "0.0.3".

This is handy for monorepos that need to build some specific subprogram.

Maybe there is a better way of doing this, if you know one, please let me know.

Example workflow
