layer-stacking's Introduction

Layer-Stacking

A rough implementation of Layer Stacking, an algorithm developed for segmenting individual trees from a LiDAR point cloud. Note that refinement of parameters for individual forests and point clouds is generally required for meaningful results.

layer-stacking's Issues

Error in assert_all_are_existing_files(x) : File does not exist.

Hello,

I'm getting this error when trying to use Layer-Stacking on my own las files. I'm using RStudio to run the code and all the necessary packages have been installed and loaded. Pretty sure that the input file path has been set correctly. But still, an error comes out.

Error in assert_all_are_existing_files(x) : File does not exist.

Could you please help me out?
Thanks beforehand.
