I've found the cause of this error, the lack of jquery-ui will make front-end page not working. Also reproduceable in your sample site.

There is only one DynamicEntities table. If I have a lot of model and data in one table. I think it's not right.

Will the dynamic entity(s) show up in the EDM out of the box? Or is there additional work required?

hello,
i have been going through your sample and getting error run command is not defined when i try to run the web sample.

Also it looks like this lib only doing simple crud, but what if we have related complex entities does this library handles that?
