We spoke about this. However, I thought that I would go through the system for ease of reference & documentation.

I think that we could link to Twitter. However, some users won't have Twitter accounts or be all that familiar with it. Thus, a feedback or customer support form would probably be a good idea. We might have to wait on FAQ until we have a little more data.

Wasn't sure about a milestone for this one.
