修复原版因项目删除而导致的一系列问题，并进行了部分人性化的修改

进行这些修改只是自用，想用的拿走，不想用的就继续用原版或接盘的SSRR
#较原版SSRC#4.7的修改内容:
V3: 1.新增:测试当前网络状态是否正常(通过代理)
2.当无二维码生成时不显示二维码框，且可关闭二维码显示框，界面更简洁
3.新增:一键打开SSR修改版发布页面
4.默认关闭服务器负载均衡
V2: 1.新增:在编辑服务器界面,双击"ssr链接",可将链接复制到剪切板
2.新增:在编辑服务器界面,双击生成的二维码,可将二维码复制到剪切板(可以在QQ中粘贴)
V1: 1.修复无法更新PAC
2.修复无法更新订阅(默认关闭)
3.将关于、wiki、问题反馈(其实并没有什么卵用)指向备份地址
