This would make UI more consistent with core and add built-in support for select-all.

Could also fill out columns with more details about the individual tests.

Right now when network activated, each site operates independently. That doesn't make sense because the environment settings should be the same for each site. Shouldn't need to configure it for each site in a network.

Network activation support will need:

• Settings page moved to the network admin
• Option saved as a network option, not an individual site option

When all checkboxes in settings are unchecked and the 'Save Tests' button is clicked the configuration returns to the previously saved status.
