To install pyke using pip, you have to do

pip install -e git+https://github.com/e-loue/pyke#egg=pyke

I had dig a lot before coming to this solution. And unfortunately It's not mentioned anywhere and it's important for creating requirements.txt

-e git+https://github.com/e-loue/pyke#egg=pyke

After I edited the fact/rule bases, the engine did not change.
It is better to compile coercively after editing fact base with an argument.

I had read the source codes, It just needs to modify the behavior of function _create_target_pkg in knowledge_engine.py
