What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open command line
2. generate jpg file it generates
3. it show invalid format when i use it on my software.

if i save this image again in JPG from paint it works.

1. qrcode.exe -o - -s 5 -l H http://fukuchi.org/works/qrencode/index.en.html > 
test.png
2. Trying to open test.png causes a load failure

The same file that is generated with:

qrcode.exe -o test.png -s 5 -l H http://fukuchi.org/works/qrencode/index.en.html

Theh latest one on Windows 7 x64.

I have checked the generated files with an hex editor, and the problem is that 
the "-o -" option writes the file to the standar output using 0D0A for new line 
instead of 0A. Removing the extra 0D and saving the file fixed the problem.

1. In the supplied test.bat, change the url to Hebrew string such as " קוטר 
מערכות".
2. Run test.bat 
3. Scan the image test.png

Instead of Hebrew string I get Gibbrish.

1. Download zip file containing code
2. Try to compile on VS, gives error cannot find png.h
3. Adjust the include path in VS. It is ./,./png - not correct
4. Then compile again, cannot open libpng15d.lib error is received
