Deposit Funds
As a user I want to be able to deposit funds to my account through the checkout process so that I can have funds in my account.
Add Funds
As a user with the permission 'add funds to an account' I want to be able to add funds to another users account so I can give them funds without payment.
messaging
I would like to see a feature to allow anyone to initiate a transaction.=, but, really i am asking for notifications and triggers.
msg 1: transfer x from account 1 to account 2
msg 2: user 1, would you like to transfer x to account 2?

Whitescreen on enabling module/submodules.
Not sure what is causing it, but that is what occurred for me on a pretty stock install.
