Parameter meaning in S6.Tree roots/bases

Hello！I didn‘t find parameter meaning of SSSC S6 part in your paper,for example,Height,Verticality,NoP,Length and Merge Range etc.Can you explain them to me?

Hello, I was wondering why from S6 Tree roots/bases and S7 Crown segmentation, some 'flying points', i.e. not linked to the stem, are deleting from the points clouds and the segmentation ?
