Clock works fine but if you move it it stops being moveable and it is always on top which makes it a annoying.
I suspect a simpler program might be more reliable in the face of constant Windows upheavals.
It seems Windows's focus these days is to get you to use their browser so they can sell you stuff.

I will try to fix it and issue a pull request for you to consider.

I know Window stinks, but that's why we are here is it not?

Running Python 3.9.7 and its Idle.. which is able to kill it if I launch it with idle. But I'd rather have it start up as a .pyw as you designed it so the startup up thing can launch it.
