hi, tnx for a template, but cant get it working, did what needed, no errors nor agent nor server..
but cant get any data.
added expressions and all in readme.md.
checked all scripts created and working, checked sudoers, tested zfs/zpool command as zabbix user. all is ok.
other data from linux zabbix template appears.. but not from your template.
server and client 5 ver. centos 8 both.
advice some please. Thank you.

This will work on FreeBSD 11?

I have added Zpool Discovery into my hosts. below items are enabled but not generated any value on zabbix.

but Zsets Discovery item showing ok.

there is a way, how to get raw IO stats:

By default Zabbix has a timeout for shell scripts of 3s, currently you're averaging over 5s which makes it time out. It would be good if you could set it to 2s by default so it wouldn't time out.
