Change DuckPAN query colors about p5-app-duckpan HOT 7 CLOSED

Seems like the best way to handle this is to allow a DuckPAN flag that forces Date::Printer to not use colours.

@dariog88a a slightly different fix has been implemented -- now you can force the output to not use colors by entering this on your command line:

duckpan env DP_NOCOLOR 1

@moollaza I updated DuckPAN and set the env variable, but it is still using colors.

@moollaza It works but I had to use cpanm App::DuckPAN --force because some tests failed.

@dariog88a very sorry about that -- tests weren't failing for me but another user confirmed there were problems with the latest DuckPAN release. I've reverted the changes and have released. Once the problem is sorted out the fix for removing colour will be, re-release. Apologies for all the problems -- things usually run a lot smoother :)
