After searching a little bit I found how to install the DBD::CSV dependency and it fixed the problem:
All I needed to do was to run the command:
cpanm DBD::CSV
I think this should be added to the docs or even if possible make it a part of the Codio environment so that it will be done for you when you fork it.

@itai421 apologies for the late reply, and thank you for pointing this out!
I thoughts DBD::CSV was already installed, but I've now gone ahead and installed it. I'll update DuckPAN to include it as a dependency as well 👍
