Add support for multiple managers

Right now it's not that easy to simply add a new manager (script that find domains/intel). By creating a base class that handles database connections, we can write new manager classes that extends the base class which means adding new data will be much easier.

This can even be improved by having a file which lists which managers to load, e.g. if we had 20 managers, maybe some users only would like to run 10 of them. The other managers could easily be disabled by removing them from the load list.

Move everything to mysql

Right now users are stored in mysql and domains are stored in a local sqlite database. Maybe it would be easier to simply store everything in mysql, instead of two different places.
