Use EAR packaging to demonstrate Keycloak extensions with dependencies.

it seems like Keycloak is eveloving quickly. I was wondering if the example here is still the standard way of adding extensions to keycloak or there is simpler ways ?

Data model shouldn't be accessed in postInit before PostMigrationEvent, unless hot deploying.

@dteleguin did you ever figure out how to properly deploy a Provider with all it's dependencies?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a realm
2. Add some beers
3. Remove realm
4. Re-create realm with the same name
5. View beers - they will show as if nothing happened

All the persisted custom entities should be removed together with the realm.
