A simple HTTP server that creates and serves static content from a temp directory.

• GET Serves content from /tmp/static. E.g. GET /index.html serves a file /tmp/static/index.html (if it exists).

• POST Uploads content. E.g.

  $ curl http://localhost:3001/foo.json
  404 page not found
  $ curl http://localhost:3001/foo.json -d @-
  {"Hello":"Foo"}
  $ curl http://localhost:3001/foo.json
  {"Hello":"Foo"}

• DELETE Deletes content (recursively).
