UP/DOWNLOAD_BANDWIDTH

Can you update the "LATENCY" and the "UP/DOWNLOAD_BANDWIDTH" for 2020?
I think the last element in "UP/DOWNLOAD_BANDWIDTH" (i.e. 6 * 1000000) does not use never.

I think we should replace CBR_FAILURE_BLOCK_SIZE_DISTRIBUTION_FOR_CONTROL_NODE values with CBR_FAILURE_BLOCK_SIZE_DISTRIBUTION_FOR_CHURN_NODE values.

I believe there is no "out.txt" file, only output.json file is created when you running this simulator. as you can see in main.java
