The current README.md is simple but it's not brief. We want the README.md to be more brief and exact.

These are the certain things that we want to add in our README.md

• Add a basic table of contents. Each content will be a link which will take you to a particular section of README.md.
• Creating a proper structure for our readme.
• Add the following guidelines on
  • how to raise an issue properly.
  • proper steps to reproduce the bug.
  • providing necessary information when submitting a PR. Like sharing the screenshot of the changes that the contributor have made if possible.

Some things to remember

• If you are adding anythng to the README.md that is not mentioned in the above points.
  • Please discuss about those changes that you want to add in the comment section also you can mention a member or a team directly.
• Suggestions are wholeheartedly welcomed.
• Don't be toxic with your opnions

The current contribution guidelines are not good enough. Also add the guidelines and contributors in README.md
